Our Pastors

Peter Okaka is the Lead Pastor of Freshwater Christian House. He has a mandate to empower people to experience God and enjoy life in Christ by making people see the mystery of the gospel. He pursues this call by preaching Jesus Christ and revealing practical insights about the person and work of the Holy Spirit in the believer's life today. Testimonies of changed lives are his greatest motivation for ministry.

Peter is married to Joke Okaka and together they form a good team in marriage and ministry. Pastor Peter Okaka is ordained with the Open Bible Faith Fellowship of Canada and works in collaboration with a team of ministers, partners and apostolic elders to fulfil his passion of see lives transformed with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Peter loves to read, write, speak and together with Pastor Joke, counsel with young adults and young couples.

Pastors Steve and Beth are founding Pastors of Koinonia Christian Fellowship in Bloomingdale Ontario - serving Waterloo Region. Their impact reaches beyond Koinonia to many other pastors, churches and ministries throughout Canada. Pastors Steve and Beth provide apostolic support and ministry mentorship to FreshWater Christian House. He blessed the church at the grand opening service in collaboration with other respected city ministers.

Pastor Steve is passionate about building relationships with God, one another and the world. His heart for God and God's people is reflected in his service and network of outreaches in the body of Christ in the city and nation. The next generation is a motivation for his service in the body.
